There are TWO WAYS to register for St. Olaf Lutheran Preschool:

               >> Pay $50 registration + $25 snack/supply fee   circledollar

If you choose the downloaded form option, bring it or mail it along with the $75 for registration + snack and supply fees to our office at 288 Sherman Avenue, Montgomery, IL 60538. 

We must receive both the registration form and fees

to complete your child’s registration.

You will receive confirmation by mail when your child is accepted into the program. 

If the program is full you will be notified, and you may choose for your child to be placed on the waiting list.
